how long did it take for the Obama Administration to respond with that help?
LHOOQ-can you give a reference for that number please? I haven't heard he was sending 'thousands' of troops to the fight the oil spill in our wonderful, injured Gulf?

Some might argue that the Obama Administration had a "shake down" of BP by requiring them to pony up billion for the gulf oil spill clean up efforts. So...... what happens if the clean up only ends up costing billion? Will Obama give BP back the balance? Or is this going to cost BP billion no matter what?
