President Obama
I noticed that the Obama Administration is treating all accidents as a criminal investigation. Look at Goldman Sachs and the British Petroleum. The smart thing for these companies to do is go out of business and cash in their assets and take the 5th Amendment or refuse to answer questions so they cannot be charged with a crime. They could sell everything and fire all the employees and than just live off the money.
