Who is the most uncharismatic person of the Bush and Obama administration?
President Obama
Fοr Obama I find Pelosi, Clinton аnԁ Dodd pretty annoying аnԁ frοm Bush's party іt's a toss between Scooter Libby, Cheney, Rove аnԁ Rumsfeld.
Jυѕt name a politician уου wουƖԁ never invite tο dinner.

Dick Cheney and Robert Gibbs.
Rev. Wright and Al Sharpton of the Barry Brigade
i have been struck by how cold 0bama can be…when he wants our
grandparents to just take a pain pill, instead of getting the real care
that they need!!!
Karl Rove.

And Rahm Emanuel.
I agree with your assessment of the Bush administration, except you didn’t include ‘brownie’.
I disagree with your assessment of Obama’s administration. Clinton is doing a much better, less personally influenced job than I predicted [Sorry Hillary].
Dodd… OK I’ll give you Dodd, he’s a bit too ‘in your face’.
Pelosi made her ONE huge blunder & may not recover, but you have to admit, she is doing a good job of ‘laying low til things blow over’
Well, Robert Gibbs is on TV almost every day and I find that he can use sooo many words, yet never say anything.
Just to clarify part of your post…Karl Rove was never a part of any administration nor was he ever an elected or appointed official.
Uncharismatic…Gibbs, nothing but a wetnoodle personality.
From the Bush administration: Cheney and Bush because they were responsible for a lot of unnecessary destruction, human suffering and death
From the Obama administration: Larry Summers
If we are only picking one:
Obama: Rahm Emanuel (dude just oozes corruption, fakeness & has no real charisma to him)
Bush: Donald Rumsfield (not exactly Mr. Inspirational)
Not to be picky, but Pelosi and Dodd are not part of the Obama administration.
For Bush’s administration, I’ll go with Rumsfeld. I think he’s a bright guy, but always sort of came off as "I know more than you do." in his press conferences. I’d still have him over for dinner, though.
For Obama’s administration, I’m going to go with Timothy Geithner. I’m not sure how one can be a tax cheat and hold the office of Secretary of the Treasury. To me, that would be an automatic disqualification. However, I’d still have him over for dinner.
Bush and Rahm respectively.
On Obama’s side, definitely Pelosi
On Bush’s side, for sure it’s DICK Cheney http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wCfBgJQ7lzA
