They most certainly should be. Eric Holder knew what was going on and since he’s nothing more than Obama’s little dogsbody,you can bet Obie knew about it too. I hope the current investigation is ‘fast and furious" and we find out all details.but the bottom line is this ……Obama IS President and the buck stops there, he hired Holder.

Yes, they should be held accountable by being brought before a grand jury. If the grand jury determines a crime was committed they should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and punished for their crimes just like anybody else. Nobody should be exempt, leastwise the politicians. They should be held to higher moral and legal standards.

The reason for this operation was that the NRA was misusing the Second Amendment to protect American gun dealers that were selling weapons across the border.

The US has a system of rule of law. Those who are guilty of crimes should be brought to justice. Is this "the Obama Administration" or is thos individuals who just happen to be in the administration, or is this merely civil servants who would have done the same thing under any other president?

The Assistant US District Attorney who authorized it was the same Republican holdover who prosecuted two US Border Patrol Agents for shooting an illegal immigrant drug runner who shot at them first, back when Cheney/Bush ran the country. You know the one who then gave the illegal immigrant immunity from prosecution, free health care for life and automatic full US citizenship in exchange for his testimony against the two US Border Patrol Agents.
