Nice try but it has no traction. We all know that Obama and Dodd had a deal to avoid lawsuits from those at AIG with contracts. At least all with half a brain know that the 90 percent new tax legislation was in the deal from the start. Many of the AIG executives have already returned the money.
Our congress has a 18% approval rating for a reason…Obama has a 65% approval rating for a reason…I think he just wanted to get something through and the was the best he could get…I also, think Obama would love Pelosi, Dodd, and the whole gang to drop dead so he can get some things done too.
Both. Geithner and Dodd should resign and I sent Dodd a letter telling him so. Of course it will be trownout because I’m not a constituant but I paid in part of those tax dollars.

News flash: Obama has accepted responsibility. Now for the totally blonde part of your question: Bonuses were never "put in" the stimulus bill. Language that would have prohibited bonuses above $100k in bailed-out firms was taken out of the bill. AIG could still have handled the matter internally in a less tone-deaf manner.
I would most definitely say both, but I prefer to just realize that these politicians, the Dems in particular are just flat out inept.
As President everything that happens while he is in office is his fault.
If you will remember when he started appointing his staff he stated that they would do nothing without his approval and if they did the consequences would not be pleasant. So from that, Geither and Dudd, I mean Dodd were acting under orders.
The problem I see is if they can place an extra excessive tax on the bonus’ to recoup that money, what’s to keep them from doing it to the Public? This type of tax is against the Constitution and as illegal as Obama and the Federal Reserve, who is orchestrating the whole deal to bankrupt America!

When Obama was "outraged" and then said no one in his administration was a part of this, did you see Obama apologizing about his remark about "his administration". The answer is no. towards the fact that Geithner, Sommers. Obama , Pelosi, Reid,
Dodd, Schumer, Knew these bonuses were going to be paid. What
they didn’t know, was that someone from inside the Obama camp was
going to leak the news to the press, when they did. This caught them
all flat footed. Now panic and frantic butt covering starts. Finger pointing
and outrage,and who can get redder in the face then the next guy,

Obama lied and knew he lied. Geithner knew he lied and Obama knew
he lied. Dodd he is another joke looking for SNL exposure. This will
wind up ruining Obamas administration., NO confidence in what

Obama administration is incompetent @ lying ! The Obama voters were warned during the campaign about Obama`s lack of experience at anything other standing on a street corner as a community organizer ! I think even those of us that do not support Obamas` socialist agenda are even more skocked than we imagined at his lack of any kind of leadership or economic savvy !! So now all you Obama supporters should know by now just what experience Obama has by "voting PRESENT" over 100 times , you got what you voted for !
