What’s not helping the economy and raising the debt is the top 1% tax cuts. 2010 3rd quarter business profits hit 1.659 trillion, the highest since they began keeping track 60 years ago, according to the US commerce dept. Giving tax breaks to the rich doesn’t create jobs…if it did, the jobless rate wouldn’t have been hovering at over 9% for the last 3 years. The tax cuts havent changed the very high jobless rate in 3 years, trickle down economics doesn’t work.

And in addition……anyone that pays no income tax must perform some community service to help their local taxing district control spending.
