The debt ceiling deal was bad for America. The US debt rating was lowered by Moody’s and will be lowered by others because the deal was so irresponsible. We could have gotten a better deal if the Republicans controlled the Senate, but unfortunately they did not. Moody’s was looking for spending cuts of about five times higher than the actual cuts ($10 trillion compared to $2 trillion) and they wanted the cuts to start immediately. Obama & Dems are destroying this country and their party.
In the election of 2010, American voters sent Republicans to take over the House of Representatives for one reason – to stop Obama -meaning to repeal ObamaCare and stop Obama’s out of control spending. Unfortunately, Boehner and the rest of the Republicans failed to get a good agreement. Here’s my prediction. Democrats will lose 8 to 10 seats in the Senate in 2012 and the Republicans will win back the White House. Only then will the people get the govt back under control.
