These educational speeches are so amazingly on mark. The Prez is talking about changing kids focus on education rather than on meaningless pablum like video games, but I think it extends to sports, yes, its pablum, great for playing but for following, obsessing over the celebrity sports figures, etc. – pablum, distraction a waste that leads to nothing. Then pop culture, but all these distractive things like entertainment fight to distract. What about that power after kids minds?
