The U.S. invaded Iraq because in early 2000 Saddam switched the Iraqi ‘oil-trade’ from the Federal Reserve Note (US Dollar) to the EURO . This gave Iraqi ‘oil-trade’ a 17% jump in profit .
Other ‘OPEC’ countries started looking at doing the same thing .

@demmmmm1 if your a left winger you have no right talking about MLK, Republicans listened to him and past the civil rights act which the democrats did everything they could to stop it. Social Justice had nothing to do with it, it had to do with equality and everyone having a chance to achieve the American dream in the constitution., something the left has been trying to to stop people from achieving throughout history.

@demmmmm1 Nixon was a Republican not a democrat. Republicans voted for it and Dems against it. Nixon even passed Affirmative action. after the civil rights act things were good. those people did not move to another party who supported it. there are blacks in the Republican like Allen West plus more, even one who controlled the Republican party itself Mr. Steele. there is diversity in the republican and even better diversity of thought appreciated. Social Justice results in reverse discrimination

@demmmmm1 practically all members of congress and the presidents are in favor of civil rights now but today that is not even much of an issue besides gay marriage and neither party is in favor of that. there hasn’t been any passed in the last 20 years by either party because that hasn’t been an issue in the last 20 years.
