I'm pretty sure members of the Obama administration has read all of those bills, and definitely the Constiution, by now. Fox News has zero credibility as far as I'm concerned. The Constitution was written back in the 1700's anyway when they still thought that you could cure almost every disease by blood letting, when 90% of the American people were farmers living in socialistic communities where they helped each other out, when health care was basically non-existent and when most people didn't own stocks. The Constitution is not a static document. If it were there wouldn't be a way to amend it over time. Of course it says nothing about health care, Wall Street reform and the works because the times were different. So these conservatives can hide behind the Constitution and the flag all they want.
