Why are conservatives pretending that Obama Administration is so different than the Bush Administration?

I mean, the Obama Administration has two key people held over from the Bush Administration (Bernanke and Gates), both the Bush and Obama administation helped pass the treasonous banker bailout bill, both Bush and Obama have done nothing to stop the war and both men are using imaginary terrorists as a pretext to keep Americans overseas.
Besides one puppet being white and the other puppet being only half white, what is the big difference between the Bush adminstration and the Obama adminstration?

Some people from both sides of the aisle believe in their parties’ promises. I’ve seen both sides betray their principles & their base too many times to believe anything other than the fact they are both own by the same lobbyist bucks. Even Obama’s "healthcare for everyone" will enrich insurance providers, leave millions uninsured and punish Americans who cannot afford what the government now mandates. He packages up big corporate gimmes as "reform" when it’s really the same game. And his foreign policy in the Middle East looks exactly the same as his predecessor only Obama one upped him by calling for "indefinite detentions," something even Dubya didn’t have the balls to do.
We need to vote out all incumbents and vote in 3rd party candidates. That is the only hope to clear out the rats from both parties and end lobbyist control. They answer to Wall Street, not Main Street.
conservatives are not, they are laughing at hope and change. Bush wasnt a conservative anyway.
Conservatives that voted for Bush twice are now throwing Bush under the bus ( so to speak )
The differences are Bush didn’t spend nearly as much as Obama.
Bush never apoligized for being American.
The unemployment rate wasn’t nearly as high as it is now.
I am NOT a fan of our President, however, I will give the man a chance… What choice do we have now ?? He is in office and doing his job, right, wrong or indifferent… Obama is no different than any other president we have had in this country… He makes mistakes, does things in the wrong way, takes it to far, etc. etc…. This country has NEVER had a perfect president, some may have come as close as can be expected, but still …… One thing I can say, I am very grateful we live in a country where you can express your opinion openly and so can I….. go in peace…. I have heard many conservatives asking liberals how is Obama so different from Bush. Bush wasn’t a true conservative, right after his second election he turned into a drunken sailor with his spending, and I know alot of conservatives weren’t happy with him, don’t believe me? Check out the polls his last couple years in office.
Among other numerous examples, no other POTUS in our history, had such questions and doubts about his "loyalty and patriotism" to our country, whether they were good or bad for the country. Just listen to Obamas "speeches" during his world wide "dog and pony" shows. If your an American, you couldn’t help but "cringe". For certain, he was NOT talking for America, but for his personal and hidden agenda.
I’m not. They vary only in that the Obama administration is outspending the Bush administration by a quantum leap.
President Bush never interfered with private business and told a CEO he needed to step down, as President Obama did with General Motors.
