    Uh, jaime, the bank bailout was under Bush’s watch. What a moron.

    What the hell has Obama accomplished? Health care?? WOOOO get out.

    We are worried about health care when their are thousands of civilians and American servicemen getting slaughtered overseas.

    This president is just as a walking disaster as the last.

    More pointless wars
    Spending more then BUSH did.
    More control over peoples lives.

    I really don’t see much more change… I see status Quo.

  3. TheMango121 says:

    @angusrocks6464

    Sure was.
    And Obama continued it.

    Just as guilty.

    @wootywock
    Can you PLEASE tell me what “supporting the troops” means?

    No one “doesn’t support the troops” Its not their fault they are fighting a stupid war. Its Obama and Bushes fault.

    To the contrary, the bailout of the banks has not “continued” under Pres. Obama. To the cointrary, he has pushed for and now signed into law provisions to prevent in the future what was done by Bush to bail out the banks. That’s just fact.

  6. TheMango121 says:

    @angusrocks6464

    He bailed the banks plain and simple. He should have let them fail. There NO reason to prop these banks up, or regulate them. They should have failed.

  7. angusrocks6464 says:

    @TheMango121
    Bush, you mean, right?

  8. DarwinsFriend says:

    @TheMango121 “More control over peoples lives.”

    Okay – I’ll bite. Exactly what rights have you given up under the Obama Administration.

  9. TheMango121 says:

    @angusrocks6464

    Wrong moron. He simply added more regulation. Before, the “regulation” just said we will “back you” if you start to fail(bailout). If these banks fail under this Obama regulation, they will still bail them out. Just because he uses the rhetorical word” REGULATION!” doesn’t mean banks won’t fail in the future. What we should do is LET THEM FAIL. Its not just the banks, its the private bank, The federal reserve. That’s the problem.

  10. TheMango121 says:

    @DarwinsFriend

    Rights? What rights? Rights are non-existent. Both sides only care about making their constituents rich. Keep middle class scared of the poor, Keep rich motherfuckers rich. That’s the corporatist system. Obama cares nothing about you. He gives you “free” money for political gain. They spend us into oblivion, make your life hard. Slowly slipping into Socialism.

    Partisan politics = no change. Obama and Bush are both status quo presidents.

    Fuck em both.

  11. angusrocks6464 says:

    @TheMango121

    Just Right-wing gibberish, and making up facts to support a particular Party, instead of country. Under Bush, not Obama, we paid BILLIONS to banks to “bail them out.” This is simply FACT. Period,

  12. DarwinsFriend says:

    @TheMango121 So you’re really saying you have no idea? Just Propaganda? Regurgitated tripe? None of your freedoms have been impinged upon and you can’t make it in a competitive world – so you’re doing nothing more than lashing out.

    Hint for your path to success: Overtime. 65 years of working taught me that one, most valuable lesson.

    I’m lashing out at this bastard for not actually changing anything.

    More debt
    More senseless wars
    more government secrecy
    reinstate patriot act
    government health care that isn’t needed (nor is insurance companies).
    Bailout for Union car companies

    Total Corruption abroad.
    Why couldn’t people vote smart? Why not put kucinich, or ron paul in office?

    Media shoved them out. They aren’t “bought” like Obama and Bush. They wana FIX problems.

    This war in Vietnam — I mean, Afghanistan — must end. People talk about soldier deaths vs. civilian deaths as if the soldiers’ lives aren’t sacred, too!
    America is At war, but our soldiers are In war. They left high school to do something they were told was important. They’re risking their own lives in their beliefs that they are saving us all. What brave and noble heroes they are! I don’t wish for them to die for their country. I wish for them to Live!
    Please, can’t we bring them all home?

  20. eastariel says:

    Why is he smiling? Does he think war is some kind of video game? Doesn’t he realize that the soldiers sitting behind him, trying their best to smile, may never see their homeland again?

  22. eastariel says:

    If I were president, I wouldn’t be standing in front of those brave and noble soldiers talking about how cute I looked flying in a big boy airplane for a little PR visit to see them. No. God No. I would be crying.
