See the 5th and 6th Amendment for your answer…the Bill of Rights is applicable to everyone, not just US Citizens.
If people are being held against the principles behind the Bill of Rights; they should be freed back to there Country of capture…imagine, if you were being held as an “accused” terrorist and given a reason, a jury, a trial nor evidence to mount your own defense…would you agree with it?

Many of the “detained” in Guantonomo – and other holding cells – have been turned in for a reward…not for actually committing crimes.
Not to mention, many of the “detained” have been siezed for defending their land, family and property – seeing as we have invaded, illegaly, several Sovereign Nations now.

groundhog2008 ~ You can read my personal praise for this awesome man on my profile, but if anyone is wrong, especially a LEADER of a nation & such an influential one globally, then I’m sorry, but he needs support by showing him the failings of those he’s placed his trust in to deliver him the truth ~ honest FACTS, so that he can base major, life saving decisions based upon that information.
