Obama will do nothing about black racism, the most malignant and violent form of racism, because to him it’s payback time. He wants to "get even with Whitey." As long as he is president (another 2 1/2 years) the blacks are pretty much free to do what they want. Which means they will be free to riot, loot, and burn when things don’t go their way. This just happened in Oakland, CA. They riot, and trash everything, we do nothing about it, and then go in and clean everything up at taxpayers expense.

What do you care about what one or two black guys do against the law or not or for that matter what one or two white guys or yellow guys or red guys do ! Its not your business its Law’s Enforcements business. Care about what just one of the African, White, Asian or Hispanic Americans does every day in Afghanistan !

There is no question in my mind that the Obama administration is pushing racism under the rug when it comes from black racists.
I suppose that the administration’s logic is based on ridiculous power theories that state that only those who have power can truly be considered racist (and those of this mindset tend to believe, as a general rule, that only white Caucasians can be racist because they are ostensibly the ones with the power). By that absolutely ludicrous logic, Hitler would not have been considered racist during the years when he was an out-of-power demagogue, before he was, through various backdoor political deals, given the reins as "Der Fuhrer" in 1933.

Obama proudly allowed panthers to post support on his campaign website in 08–so he can hardly disavow himself–have you noticed no news print tv or radio talk about this–except the Fox?

It is not pushing black racism under the carpet. Rather, it’s jurisprudence. The problem lies in a flaw in the law (you normally cannot prosecute under Title 42 of the US Code, only under Title 18 of the US Code, and voter intimidation is a Title 42 violation).
Why is because except for one defendant, the Justice Department lacked any standing to bring a lawsuit. The only case with standing to sustain was against Samir Shabazz, who interfered with and threatened a poll observer, interfering with his duties as outlined by 42 USC 1973f. It is unclear if any registered voters refused to vote as a result of their actions, as none ever complained and two who did walk away could not be verified as voters at that polling site.
If this were a Title 18 offense, which is the federal criminal code, legal standing would be irrelevant.

But his racist supporters don’t care, they’ll go on and on about how the the DOJ didn’t thnk they ha a case.. even though just bout every attorney in the department that handles this kind of thing will tell you that they did.
The reason to drop it was purely political. From the Democrat "election observer" who refused to show up at court to the Obama administration pressuring the DOJ to not prosecute.
